I'm not vegan. Will this work for me?
Yes. You don't need to be vegan or plant-based. You do need to be open to a whole-food, nourishment-focused approach that emphasizes fueling your body rather than restricting it. Clients who thrive here are willing to let go of rigid food rules and focus on what actually supports their health and performance.
I have zero consistency. Isn't that a problem?
Consistency is exactly what we're building and it is not a prerequisite for joining. The program is designed around real life, not the version of your life where everything goes perfectly. Life happens. Crap hits the fan. Kids get sick. We build around that, not over it.
How much time does this actually take?
Strength training sessions can run anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes each day and can be modified to fit your schedule. Add two walking days and a weekly group coaching call and that's your week. We're not asking you to make fitness your entire personality — just to show up regularly in a way that works for your actual life.
Will I lose weight?
Body composition often shifts during three months of consistent strength training and nourishment-focused eating. But weight loss is not the primary goal. Strength, energy, confidence, and sustainability are. If weight loss is a health goal of yours, we can absolutely support that within this framework.
Why do I have to apply? Can't I just sign up?
